Updating Personal Details

To update personal details you will need to log into your account. Please see "Signing In" if you do not know how to do this on the website.

Once logged into your account and in the account overview section, you can decide which personal details you would like to update.

  • The third box from the top with "Update My Details" will allow you to change your email address and your mobile number for the account. Changing your mobile number will not affect logging in  however changing your email will since you need that to log in so only change this if you know you will remember it and it is current as we will use it to contact you.
  • From here you can also decide whether you want to receive the Gayways newsletter or receive promotional material from selected third parties which is in the form of two check boxes.
  • Once all changes have been made on this page, click the "Update Details" button located at the bottom to save all changes. This will take you back to the account overview section.

 

  • To change your account password navigate to the second last box in the account overview reading "My Password" and click on this link. You will be taken to a page which has 3 boxes and allows you to enter a new password.
  • This password will be used to log in to your account and is case sensitive so please be careful and remember your password after filling it in.
  • Enter your current password in the first box followed by your new password in the second and repeating your new one in the third to confirm a match on passwords.
  • Once all 3 boxes have been filled in and all data matches as it should you will be taken back to the account overview.

If "Change Password" is clicked and red errors occur then your passwords may not match. If new passwords are not identical then they will be rejected until they are. If the current password used for your account is wrong then it will not let you change your password for safety precautions. If these red errors proceed to appear after you have checked your details multiple times then give us a call on 020 8098 4744 so that we can try and assist you the best we can.
