Definitions 

White Glove Service*: (NB: This service is only available in the post codes served by our branch.) With "White Glove Service" option, a knowledgeable member of our staff will deliver your machine which will be fully checked, assembled, lubricated, fuelled, tried and tested by our certified professional engineers. On delivery, you will also be demonstrated and trained to use and maintain the machine for the long run. This service also includes Environmental responsible disposal of your old machine, if requested. 

Click & Collect: Shop, pay online and collect the order from our Harrow Store (Post code: HA1 3UA). 

Boxed: Collect your order in a box pack, unopened and sealed by manufacturer from our Harrow Store (Post code: HA1 3UA). 

Ready to Go: Collect you order in ready to use condition from our Harrow Store (Post code: HA1 3UA). With "Ready to go" option, your machine will be fully checked, assembled, lubricated, fuelled, tried and tested by our engineers, and kept ready for use for you to pickup.

Working days:

Our online order processing team works from Monday to Friday throughout the year. However, order collections may happen on 

• Saturdays throughout the year
• Any bank or public holidays
• Sunday between 1st May and 31st August

(Any bank or public holidays are not considered as working days for processing the online orders.)

Summary of collection, delivery and returns policy 

In any case

• We start processing any order within 12 hours of confirmation
• The Customer will be updated at every stage of order processing

White Glove Service delivery:

• A premium service at additional costs to give you 100% assurance of hassle free purchase
• Machine will be fully checked, assembled, lubricated, fueled, tried and tested by our certified professional engineers
• Delivery will be by a knowledgeable member of our staff
• On delivery, demonstration and training to use and maintain the machine for long run will be provided
• Environmental responsible disposal of your old machine
• Also offers you 50% off on labour on your next annual service within next 12 months

Collection:

• Customer can collect the order within 2 weeks of notification
• Failing to collect the order within 2 weeks of notification, the order will incur £10 storage charge for each week ahead

Delivery (Standard Delivery):

• Normally it will take about 3-10 working days for the delivery
• All our delivery are either through 2nd class royal mail or private courier company

Order Cancellation policy:

• An order can be cancelled before the dispatch or within 7 days of purchase, whichever is earlier
• A customer may also cancel an order, if he/she not happy with a delay of more than 10 working days to deliver the product
• Any cancellation will require written confirmation via Gayways private secured log in
• All the cancellations/refunds will be charged restocking fees of 40% of the value of the order

Returns policy:

• A customer may return any order at any point in time until it is in original condition in the sealed boxed, unused for the first 14 days only
• No returns on any order with 'White Glove Service Delivery' or 'Ready to Go' collections
• All the cancellations/refunds will be charged restocking fees of 40% of the value of the order
• In case of refunds, delivery will be the buyer’s responsibility
• Once the product is received by us, any money back will happen within next 30 days
