My Account

To register a new account with us on our website, simply navigate to the top right hand corner of the screen and hover over the "Your Account" box. This will bring up a small menu to which you should move your mouse down and click on "register". Clicking this link will take you to a separate page where you will be given the choice of registering and signing in if you are an existing user.

Once at this page, click on the left hand button which will say "register" and this will expand into a full form for you to fill in. Take your time and fill in the full form trying to be as accurate as possible since these details will be used for all future orders. All boxes with "*" next to them on the right must be filled in to continue and all others are not required.

  • The first box requires your full name and this should be done with the first letter capitalized with a space in between names. Middle names are not required but can be filled in.
  • The second two boxes are for email verification which need you to fill out your email twice to confirm. Please include your full email with the appropriate suffix (eg. @gmail.com) and with case sensitive letters.
  • The next section is your billing address which will be used for your invoices and does not have to be the same as your delivery address. This should be the same as the address to which your card is registered to avoid later complications with verification software.
  • To make things faster and more accurate when filling in your address, there is an address finder which uses your postcode t narrow searches. Simply enter your postcode into the field and click the "find" button located to the right. This will bring up a drop down box below showing all listed addresses linked to that postcode. Select the one which applies to you and the relevant fields below will be automatically filled in.
  • Should you not find your address or it does not recognise your postcode then you will need to manually enter all details filling in "House Name/Number" "Address 1" "Town/City" "Country"
  • The best contact number should be used for "Telephone No." as this will be used when contacting you regarding your orders with us. Should there be any complications such as backlog of a single item then we will need to notify you as soon as possible.
  • Once all of your information has been filled in and you are happy to proceed then read through our terms and conditions as well as our manufacturers conditions before checking the boxes. You will not be able to proceed if these boxes are not checked. Click on register after.
  • From here click on "Register" and provided all information is accepted, you will be taken to a separate page welcoming you to your new account with us.
  • This screen will allow you to change many details about your account and also let you monitor you orders.

Should any boxes show up in red after or any text in red then this signifies missing data or incomplete data such as a short telephone number or a wrong postcode. Filling these boxes in and clicking register again will solve the problem provided all data is accepted. If boxes still appear red after all information is correct then give us a call on 020 8908 4744 and we will try to resolve this problem as fast as we can.

All details will be emailed to you including your generated password which can be changed in your account.

Signing In

To sign into your Gayways online account simply hover over the " Your Account" box in the top right hand corner of the screen. This will bring up a drop down menu to which you will want to select "Login". This will navigate you to a different page where you can also register if you are a new customer or enter your details if you are a returning customer.

At this screen, enter your email address linked to your online account and password that was sent to your email to log into your account. Password is case sensitive so be careful when entering this as it is the main cause of problems. Should you have any problems remembering your password or it is not accepting it then enter your email address followed by clicking the "Forgotten Password?" link located just below the two fields and to the left of the "Login" button.

If the correct email has been used and it matches a record on our system then an email will be sent out with a password reset request where you can follow a link to create a new password. A text confirmation in red above the first field will confirm when an email has been sent. Please allow up to 10 minutes for emails to come through and always check your spam folders if you have automatic filters.

Once your password has been reset, note it down in a safe place so that you do not have problems remembering it next time, speeding up the login process.

Updating Personal Details

Changing your mobile number will not affect logging in  however changing your email will since you need that to log in so only change this if you know you will remember it and it is current as we will use it to contact you.
  • From here you can also decide whether you want to receive the Gayways newsletter or receive promotional material from selected third parties which is in the form of two check boxes.
  • Once all changes have been made on this page, click the "Update Details" button located at the bottom to save all changes. This will take you back to the account overview section.

  • To change your account password navigate to the second last box in the account overview reading "My Password" and click on this link. You will be taken to a page which has 3 boxes and allows you to enter a new password.

If the current password used for your account is wrong then it will not let you change your password for safety precautions. If these red errors proceed to appear after you have checked your details multiple times then give us a call on 020 8098 4744 so that we can try and assist you the best we can.
