Updating Addresses

To update personal details you will need to log into your account. Please see "Signing In" if you do not know how to do this on the website.

 

Once logged into your account and in the account overview section, you can edit your addresses. The addresses you can edit from the account overview section is your billing address and your delivery address. This is the third box from the top names "My Address Book". From here you can edit current addresses or add new ones.

·         To edit any current saved addresses navigate to the left hand side of the address where it will say "Your Billing Address". Above this is a link stating "Edit Address". Clicking this link will take you to a form page where you will be able to update any current information and save the changes by clicking the "Update Address" button at the bottom of the page.

·         To create a new address for the account click on "Add Address" which is a button on the upper left of the page. Clicking this will take you to a form page where you can enter new details.

·         All boxes with "*" on the right must be filled in to continue and all others are not required.

·         There is a postcode look up option here which will allow the user to select their relevant address from a list. If your address does not show up or there is an error then you will need to manually enter your details.

·         Once all details have been filled in click "Add Address" at the bottom of the page to save the new details to your account.
