The professional telescopic shaft, with its rigid square profile, enables easy adjustment of the HTA's total length from 160 to 405 cm, facilitating precise positioning and cutting even in high areas of trees. You can work at heights of around 5 meters, making treetop thinning a breeze.

The HTA 160 is compatible with STIHL 3/8" P saw chains like the STIHL 3/8" P Picco Micro 3 (PM3) chain, or 1/4" P-STIHL saw chains such as the 1/4" P Picco Micro 3 (PM3). When using 1/4" STIHL saw chains, no hearing protection is required, making it suitable for noise-sensitive areas.
