The Okatsune 307 Thinning Secateurs are exceptionally sharp, ultra-light, and designed specifically for precise cutting, harvesting, and thinning of fruits and vegetables with harder (woody) stems. Featuring a shorter 35mm blade (10mm less than the Okatsune 304), they provide greater control and precision, making them ideal for thinning grapes, pears, apples, and other delicate crops.

Forged from Izumo Yasugi steel, these secateurs ensure long-lasting sharpness, durability, and superior cutting performance. Their thin, pointed blade design allows for easy access to tight spaces, making pruning and harvesting effortless and efficient.

The hollow-ground blade shape directs sap away from the cutting edge, preventing sticking and maintaining smooth operation. Additionally, the V-shaped spring mechanism distributes the cutting load evenly, reducing strain and allowing for comfortable use over extended periods.

Designed for simplicity and durability, the Okatsune 307 secateurs require minimal maintenance. Regular cleaning, oiling, and proper storage in a dry environment will keep them in top condition. If sharpening is needed, the Okatsune whetstone maintains their razor-sharp precision.
