Registration

To register a new account with us on our website, simply navigate to the top right hand corner of the screen and hover over the "Your Account" box. This will bring up a small menu to which you should move your mouse down and click on "register". Clicking this link will take you to a separate page where you will be given the choice of registering and signing in if you are an existing user.

Once at this page, click on the left hand button which will say "register" and this will expand into a full form for you to fill in. Take your time and fill in the full form trying to be as accurate as possible since these details will be used for all future orders. All boxes with "*" next to them on the right must be filled in to continue and all others are not required.

  • The first box requires your full name and this should be done with the first letter capitalized with a space in between names. Middle names are not required but can be filled in.
  • The second two boxes are for email verification which need you to fill out your email twice to confirm. Please include your full email with the appropriate suffix (eg. @gmail.com) and with case sensitive letters.
  • The next section is your billing address which will be used for your invoices and does not have to be the same as your delivery address. This should be the same as the address to which your card is registered to avoid later complications with verification software.
  • To make things faster and more accurate when filling in your address, there is an address finder which uses your postcode t narrow searches. Simply enter your postcode into the field and click the "find" button located to the right. This will bring up a drop down box below showing all listed addresses linked to that postcode. Select the one which applies to you and the relevant fields below will be automatically filled in.
  • Should you not find your address or it does not recognise your postcode then you will need to manually enter all details filling in "House Name/Number" "Address 1" "Town/City" "Country"
  • The best contact number should be used for "Telephone No." as this will be used when contacting you regarding your orders with us. Should there be any complications such as backlog of a single item then we will need to notify you as soon as possible.
  • Once all of your information has been filled in and you are happy to proceed then read through our terms and conditions as well as our manufacturers conditions before checking the boxes. You will not be able to proceed if these boxes are not checked. Click on register after.
  • From here click on "Register" and provided all information is accepted, you will be taken to a separate page welcoming you to your new account with us.
  • This screen will allow you to change many details about your account and also let you monitor you orders.

 Should any boxes show up in red after or any text in red then this signifies missing data or incomplete data such as a short telephone number or a wrong postcode. Filling these boxes in and clicking register again will solve the problem provided all data is accepted. If boxes still appear red after all information is correct then give us a call on 020 8908 4744 and we will try to resolve this problem as fast as we can.

All details will be emailed to you including your generated password which can be changed in your account.
