Fully elasticated overalls with freedom of movement in the seat and crotch, kidney protection and fitted with ventilation zips and ventilation material on the back of the upper thighs STIHL logo on the chest and large thigh pocket with mobile phone pocket on the inside. Awarded the KWF Pro quality mark. Trousers have cut protection class 1 (=ˆ 20 m/s)

Minimal weight - The new cut protection inserts generation is 30% lighter, making the STIHL DYNAMIC forest work clothing our lightest Class 1 clothing.

Beaver Extreme outer fabric - Provides the necessary robustness; the critical wear points are reinforced with thorn-resistant material.

Breathability - The breathable material of STIHL DYNAMIC forestry work clothing ensures that excess heat and sweat is dissipated to the outside. The simultaneous flow of fresh air ensures a healthy temperature equilibrium.

Improved cut protection - As soon as the protection trousers come into contact with the chain, torn fibre bundles block the sprocket and bring it to a halt. Increased cut protection around the waist exceeds the relevant EN standard, providing even more protection when working with power tools.

Optimal body temperature - The cut protection material has 75% better air permeability (EN 9237) and approximately 21% lower thermal insulation (ISO 5085-1) compared to previous materials.

Thermo-regulation - In winter, the clothing insulates body heat. The left infrared image (blue stands for cold) shows clothing with high thermal insulation. In summer, excess heat escapes through the ventilation material.

Vents and mesh lining - Ventilation zips and the mesh lining provide optimal ventilation of the jackets, even if the zips are closed

Special insulating fabric - Outside dirt, water and wind-repellent polyamide. Cotton inside, which is comfortable to wear. Good insulation properties.

Perfect fit - With optimum style and high elastic, 30-34% stretchable in both directions of stretch material, each part fits exactly to the body's contours and movements. Nothing is constrained.

Cut protection - Design C - Cut protection areas according to EN 381 Design C. All-round protection for increased protection. The red marked areas show the range of cut protection inserts.

Stretch zone - Stretch material included in high movement areas for greater comfort.

Thorn resistant - Heavy duty, thorn resistant material

Cut Protection - STIHL cut protection is mostly made up of fibers developed exclusively for STIHL. Our cut-protection clothing is tested by the very prestigious European SMP or KWF testing institutes. The cut-protection material is light, breathable and features several layers. If the saw chain penetrates the top layer, bundles of fibers are ripped out and block the sprocket. This stops the chain and dramatically reduces the risk of injury.
